Greetings everyone. John and I started this website about a year ago and our intentions were to set it up as a professional site for John - to present his music and an archieve for the articles he had written. But, as things sometimes go ... we did not get to finish it for that purpose. So, instead, I think we should turn this into a tribute site. John was my longest known and dearest friend. We had many adventures together and through his travels, I got to see a wonderful world and have met a host of incredible people. My wife, Carolyn, and I have traveled to beautiful islands that he called home, in order to visit him and he stayed with us and others when he came home for summer visits. On this site, I will have some pages of interesting information. John wrote several wonderful songs, and I have been fortunate to have recorded a few of them. You will find them on this site. There will also be a place for you to send in your comments and I will put them on the site too if you desire. This is a work in progress, and I will be adding to it as I can. - Daniel Westphal |
